I have been at training camp for two weeks!! I thought I should update everyone on how it’s been going. It has been so amazing! I have grown in my faith so much!!

Some of the awesome things that we’ve got to experience:

-We got to go out to evangelize and practice sharing the Gospel. So, we took vans to Dawsonville, Georgia and prayed for people and talked to them about Jesus.

-We did a world market on campus. So, our squad got a budget of money to buy all of us dinner. And all of the staff was dressed up as beggars and barterers. None of them spoke English and their was a van driving in between the crowd of people. Some of us worked on learning how to buy everyone food with a language barrier. Some of us worked on street evangelism and helping people in need. This was such a cool experience and I can’t wait to go out and do the real thing.

-We practiced risk training. Running through scenarios that we might run into on the field and how to respond to them in the safest way.

Those are just a few of the things we have done. I could spend hours telling you how much I have learned and experienced. We have 4 more weeks until we leave for Cambodia. I can’t wait to see how much the Lord works this next month as we prepare for the rest of our journey.
