So, it’s the third day here at training camp. I have learned so much already. God has provided our team with some really amazing people with some really amazing passion for God. We are creating intimate relationships with the Lord. The Holy Spirit is surrounding this place, and we are just embracing it every second of everyday. Scripture after scripture pouring over us, it is overwhelmingly beautiful. I am so excited to see how the Lord will continue to work in our squad over these next 9 months.
Something that we talked about here at one of our sessions is truth. What is truth? Why is this your truth? Sometimes we allow our experiences to define our truth, but we can’t let our experiences become our theology. There is a difference between something that is true and the TRUTH. Truth is Gods perspective, and it will set you free. John 8:31-32 says, “So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide by my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.””. Truth is not something you believe. It’s a person and his name is… JESUS. Truth is consistent with the mind, will , purpose, and character of God. And truth is not subjective.
I can’t wait to experience so many amazing truths that God will provide. Can’t wait to update y’all on my journey.
